FAQ

Q: How can I be sure I am buying a genuine G-Force watch?
A: You can be sure you are buying a genuine G-Force watch if you follow these steps:
Buy an G-Force watch only from authorized G-Force retailers who will give you the credit-card size warranty, completed with the 8-digit serial number, the watch reference and the retailer's full name and address.

Q: How much will it cost to replace my broken crystal?
A: When it comes to broken crystals, the watch has had to sustain a shock for the crystal to break. For this reason, it is imperative we first review your timepiece before quoting any costs

Q: I have a watch that is not a G-Force but has a G-Force movement. Can you repair it?
A:We can only repair those watches clearly branded as G-Force. If the dial and/or caseback to not state G-Force, we are unable to repair it. In these instances, we suggest you contact the original place of purchase for assistance.

Q: Are G-Force watches sold over the Internet?
A: We sell our G-Force products only through our network of selected retail partners which, under certain conditions and in addition to their physical retail store, may also sell our products through their websites. We strongly advise you to exercise caution and always to make sure that you are dealing with an authorized G-Force retailer. Purchasing an G-Force watch from an unauthorized party is at the buyer's sole risk, particularly in the case of counterfeit, substandard or stolen products.

Q: How much do G-Force watches cost?
A: G-Force does not publish its retail prices online. We suggest checking with the nearest G-Force Boutique or with your local officially-authorized G-Force retailer to ensure that you have the most accurate and up-to-date price information. You will also receive expert advice and information about the design, materials and technical details for all of the products in our collection.
